1. What this is
Jobutupaki Meet is a self-hosted, non-commercial video-meeting tool provided as-is by Nir Schwartz. Use of the service is by invitation and on a best-effort basis. There is no SLA, no uptime guarantee, no commercial agreement between you and the operator.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Engage in or facilitate illegal activity.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate another person.
- Disrupt the service, e.g. attempt to overload it, exploit vulnerabilities, or bypass authentication or rate limits.
- Record other participants without their consent.
- Use the service for high-volume commercial broadcasting.
3. Your account
You sign in with your own Google account. You are responsible for keeping it secure. We rely on Google’s authentication; we do not store your password.
4. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service you acknowledge that policy.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. The total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior twelve months — i.e., zero.
7. Termination
The operator may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data per the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
These terms may change as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page; the “Last updated” date will be bumped.
